Infigen Energy is developing the 113MW (33 wind turbines) Bodangora Wind Farm near Wellington, NSW. The power generated by this wind farm will connect to the Transgrid 132kV network at the Wellington to Beryl Transmission line 8 kilometres from the Wind Farm Sub Station.
Fellow Quanta Services Company – Consolidated Power Projects (CPP) have been engaged as the principal contractor by Transgrid for the 33/132kV Sub Station and Transmission Line Construction works required to connect the wind farm to Transgrid network.
NJ Construction have been engaged by CPP to construct the transmission line.
Scope of work includes:
- Clearing & Access Track Preparation
- 8km of 132kV Transmission Line Construction on concrete structures, and
- Test & Commission
